                                    Dubai Police has chosen avanza So lution's Unison 2.0 for new non emergency

                                        contact centre. The non-emergency contact centre has implemented Unison 

                                    costumer experience management solution to manage large traffic volumes and

                                            to streamline operator interaction across channels including social media

                           voice calls, emails and wed chat. Captain Adil Ali acting director of communication 

                                   department from Dubai Police said . "It's our duty to ensure security, maintain 

                                                    impartial rights and provide services to fulfil people's satisfaction.
